Rooted in the lived experiences of womanhood, my practice begins with the body—its memories, rhythms, and quiet resilience. I see the body as an instrument that carries songs and stories, a vessel inscribed with both tenderness and rupture.
Drawing inspiration from folklore and collective lived narratives, I weave these stories through floral forms—metaphors for beauty, fragility, and the quiet endurance of life. These motifs become a way of tracing the emotional landscapes of everyday existence, where cycles of blooming and withering echo our own processes of becoming and unbecoming.
Through drawing, object-making, and the acts of pressing and printing, I map the crossings between the emotional, the physical, and the ephemeral. Each mark becomes an act of remembering the quiet transformations within us, and the unseen threads of connection that shape our being.
Each mark is, in its own way, both a soothing spell and an act of tending to intimate scars.
