Studio Luna Workshop / Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a workshop from us, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”), which will be incorporated into the contract between us (“Contract”). The Contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation. These Terms apply to all individuals or entities (“you” or “sign-ups” or “participant”) attending any workshop or classes (“Workshop”) organized by Studio Luna (“we” or “us”). Please ensure you have read and understand the following:
1. Payment
We accept bookings through online purchase or payment via bank transfer to Studio Luna bank account number - 88520205290 (DBS Bank Ltd).
Participants must contact us via email or WhatsApp (Emma - 83186410) with a screenshot of the completed transaction.
Bookings without payment and notice of bank transfer will be rendered null and void, and we reserve the right to release the booking the next day.
2. Refunds and Cancellation
No cancellations and refunds.
If you are unable to attend the Workshop, please inform us as soon as possible. You may choose to join the next available open date or provide a substitute to attend the Workshop on your behalf. An administration fee of SGD 60.00 is required to reschedule a class, you are only allowed to reschedule once.
If the participant is unable to stay for the full duration of the Workshop, no refund will be provided.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any participant’s registration for any reason, without explanation.
3. Postponement or Change of Venue
There is a minimum capacity for each workshop of 4 persons. If an open-date workshop does not meet the minimum capacity, we may at our discretion reschedule a date for the class or cancel the class. If we reschedule a class, we will inform you in advance, if we cancel the class, we shall refund to you the full amount within 30 working days.
We may amend or adjust the date, time, venue, content, fees, price promotions, or any scheduled Workshop as we deem reasonably fit and shall inform you of any adjustments as soon as possible.
If the postponement is for more than 6 months or the replacement venue is more than 50 miles away, you may cancel your booking by emailing us for a full refund.
In case of unforeseen circumstances leading to rescheduling, we reserve the right to cancel the Workshop and will provide a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation date.
4. Your Obligations
Participants must not cause harm or nuisance during the Workshop. Violators will be required to leave without a refund.
Participants must comply with the health and safety policy of the venue. Failure to do so will result in being asked to leave without a refund.
Do not bring any hazardous or dangerous items to the Workshop.
Participants are liable for any damage they cause to the venue.
Keep personal belongings with you at all times. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of your belongings.
5. Promotional Materials and Workshop Materials
Unless otherwise stated, Studio Luna retains the copyright for all promotional and Workshop materials (including course notes, slides, brochures, articles, and case studies).
You may use these materials for personal purposes only and not for any commercial use.
We reserve the right to change the published program or materials as needed.
6. Photography and Filming
We may photograph or film the Workshop for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed by us or other attendees.
Participants may not photograph or video the Workshop without prior consent.
7. Limitations of Liability
While we take reasonable precautions to ensure security and safety, we are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by participants, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Our total liability for any matter arising out of the Contract is limited to the price paid for the Workshop. We are not liable for any consequential loss.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
We will collect and use your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.
By registering for the Workshop, you consent to our use of your personal data for administrative and promotional purposes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and the Contract are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under the Contract if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, or storm.
12. Health and Safety
Participants must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by us and the venue.
Failure to comply with health and safety guidelines may result in being asked to leave the Workshop without a refund.
